These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sfrealty.ca (the "Website") and any information, forms, or online features made available by SF Realty ("SF Realty," "we," "us," or "our").
SF Realty provides remote asset monitoring, satellite and aerial imagery analysis, site and route visibility, risk-focused reporting, and decision-support services. These Terms apply to your use of the Website. The services themselves are provided only under separate written agreements as described in Section 3.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Usage Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
2. Website Use and Eligibility
The Website is provided for informational purposes and to help users learn about and request information about our services. 3. No Service Relationship Through the Website

A monitoring or imagery engagement is established only through a separate written agreement, which may include a statement of work, engagement letter, service terms, our Client Confidentiality Agreement, and confirmation of authorized scope and the requesting party's authority. Until such an agreement is in place, no services are provided and no related obligations arise.
4. Informational Content and No Professional Advice
Information on the Website, and any preliminary imagery, observations, estimates, or examples provided before an engagement, are general and informational only. They are not a formal monitoring report, security assessment, risk determination, legal opinion, insurance advice, engineering or inspection report, or a guarantee of any outcome.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but we do not guarantee that Website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should independently verify information and obtain advice from qualified professionals before making decisions, signing agreements, or taking legal, financial, security, or operational action.

14. Governing Law
